Can I really start for free?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever. We don't ask for a credit card. Create an event, print QR codes, and test as much as you want.
When do I pay for the Pro plan?
Before the event. You pay once for a single event. No subscriptions, no recurring fees.
What if I need multiple events?
Each Pro event is a separate one-time payment. Hosting lots of events? The Business plan gives you unlimited events for one price.
Can I test on the free plan first?
Of course. Create an event on the Starter plan, scan the QR with your phone and see how it works. If you like it, switch to Pro with one click.
What payment methods?
Card, BLIK, P24, PayPal, Klarna. Biznes plan: VAT invoice with 14-day terms.
What if something doesn't work?
Write to hello@snaptoast.app. On the Pro plan we reply first, but honestly: we help everyone as fast as we can.
Can I cancel if I change my mind?
Yes, as long as no guest has scanned the QR and uploaded a photo yet. Once the first upload happens, the service is already in use and refunds are no longer possible. Drop us a message and we'll refund the payment to the same account you paid from.
What about the photobook? How do I order it?
After the wedding, click "Order photobook" in the gallery, pick your favorite shots and pay by BLIK or card. We print at Gelato in Poland, with home delivery in 5-7 days. The price depends on page count and cover type, and you see the final amount before paying.
How long are the photos available after the wedding?
Pro plan: 12 months from the event date. Starter plan: 30 days. 7 days before deletion you get an email with a link to download everything as a ZIP.
